I have the honour to forward the usual statements of Store, House Service, and Water Accounts for the year ending the 31st of December, 1892.

2. At present I have found impracticable to entirely amalgamate the stores originally in charge of the Water and Drainage Department with those in charge of the Public Works Department so that I submit separate statements headed Water and Drainage Branch and Public Works Department.
